LAWFUL EMPLOYMENT
Every security guard of the company is legally employed, have right to operate security work; including holding a valid security personnel permit and a security training certificate recognized by the Hong Kong Qualifications Framework. Every security guard must be passed a pre-employment check, including employment records for at least the past three years, and undergo a character check by at least two non-relative referees.
ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTION & CONTINGENCY PLAN
Assignment instruction & Contingency plan will be adopted for every deployed working site, to make sure that every on-site security guard can operate the duty smoothly and able to handle any emergency case. The company will also issue working instructions from time to time responding to the needs of the site and clients.
ON-JOB TRAINING
The company provides regular on-job training for on-site security guards. A tailor-made training schedule can also be formulated, following with the request of clients. All training materials are formulated by a qualified trainer, ensured which is professional.
MEETINGS AND WORKING REPORTS
The management team will also attend relevant meetings and submit working reports as requested by clients, to follow up effectively on every single case.
TELE-PROTECTION
On duty security guards are required to submit telephone reports to the company, by stipulating timing and frequency for every day; to ensure their personal safety and the well-being of the site; also, to be supervised the condition of attendance.
SUPERVISORY PATROL
The supervisor ranking staff will be assigned to patrol every guard post, including grooming check, discipline and conduct, and log-book record; etc. to ensure the efficiency of operation.
PROFESSIONAL EMERGENCY RESPOND TEAM
We provide 24-hours supporting services to fully protect the assets of the client. In case of emergency, such as flooding, fire or theft; etc., the emergency response team will be instructed to proceed with the scene for supporting and notifying the client according to the severity of the incident. To ensure the client is aware of the incident that is handled properly.
REPLACEMENT, COMMENT AND COMPLAINT
Replacement will be taken for any violation of discipline or unsuitable security guard, upon the verified case of investigation. Company promises in the case of replacement; it will be taken within 3 hours in general situation with written replied. Any comment and complaint will be verbally replied within 2 hours and written replied within 2 days.
INSURANCE
Every staff of the company was covered by employees’ compensation insurance in accordance with the Employees’ Compensation Ordinance (Chapter 282), and public liability insurance has also been procured for at least HK$10,000,000 compensation per incident; extending the protection for every on-site security guard and the assets of client.
